The 24-hour reception ensures one can access help at any time, a crucial factor for those traveling across time zones. While in-house dining needs improvement, it was straightforward to start the day without having to venture out, despite renovations impacting the breakfast selection. During my stay, the service staff demonstrated commendable patience when our children inadvertently locked us out—an example of their attentive support, vital for a productive retreat atmosphere. Though I faced minor issues like the lack of an alarm clock and dated room decor, the centralized location made it easy to explore after work hours, adding to the overall experience. I would consider returning for the functional amenities and welcoming staff.
